Private sessions are adapted according to the need of the individual. They may be useful to learn a particular technique, or to perfect it. They may also be used for sequences of particular rallies and to identify any problematic issues which the athlete is facing.
Private coaching usually consists of various multi-ball exercises. Multi-ball is extremely versatile and can be used to improve footwork, power, speed, reaction time, fitness, endurance and anticipation. Multi-ball is great for trying new things as it allows for constant repetition under the watchful eyes of the coach who can also adapt the feeding of the balls to the player. This can help the confidence of players and encourage development.
