Since March 2024 Alpha TTK has been helping persons with Parkinson to use table tennis as a means to combat the symptoms of their condition. Over the months, the group has been meeting regularly for training. The numbers attending the sessions has increased and the group now also welcomes persons of an advanced age who come to practice table tennis for their fitness and also for a social purpose.

Recently, the Civil Service Sports Club in Valletta has acknowledged our initiatives in this regards. A partnership has been formed and the first tournament is launched! Sponsored by the CSSC, the tournament will be held over December 2024 and January 2025.

The qualifiers will be held at Alpha TTK hall in Mosta during December and January. The the semi-finals and finals will be played at Hostel de Verdelin in Valletta where the CSSC have their headquarters on Sunday the 19th January 2025.
