The Malta National League 2021/22 was contested by a total of forty-six teams playing over four divisions. Of these, seven teams represented Table Tennis Klabb in the league with the following results:
- Three teams got promoted to a higher division
- Four teams kept their placing in their respective division
- No teams got relegated

MTTK SENSUS- PROMOTED!

MTTK Sensus won 9/14 matches with Sina playing a major part in securing the wins for the team, remaining unbeaten all through the second round of the league. The team will now compete in the Second Division National League next season 2022/23.
MTTK DYNATEC – PROMOTED!

During the qualification round the team won 7/8 matches and thus qualified for the promotion pool. The team then placed second overall in the promotion pool by winning 7/9 matches. All the members of the team played super well and it was a great collective effort. Very well done to all players who debuted in the league for the first team and totally earned this well-deserved promotion to Third Division National League 2022/23!
MTTK FLEXXON – PROMOTED!

During the qualification round the team won 5/8 matches thus qualifying for the promotion pool. Juli and Andreas joined the team at this point. Together with the unstoppable Isaac, then went on to win 6/9 matches in the promotion pool. The team placed fourth overall and is now promoted to the Third Division National League 2022/23.
